Yes! Local pickup is available. The Combinist studio is located in the Beltline area of downtown Calgary, with limited hours from Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Simply select the “local pick-up” option at checkout and you’ll receive instructions when your order is ready.

Keep scratches and fingerprints away by using a lint-free or microfibre cloth. Avoid using any harsh solvents or cleaners on the acrylic and stick to mild soap if needed but only on the acrylic part of the earrings only. Acrylic is incredibly durable but can scratch, so please give them extra space in your jewellery box to ensure a long, flawless life.

Yes! All Combinist pieces are packaged gift-ready. Each item is individually wrapped in branded tissue paper with a Combinist sticker. You can add a gift message at checkout, which will be handwritten and included with the order. No invoice is included in the package.
