How long will it take to receive my package?
Combinist Goods is located in Calgary, Canada. All pieces are handmade and require 1-3 days to assemble before fulfillment. Free shipping is available on orders over $75 to both the US and Canada.

In Canada - Combinist uses Intelcom and Canada Post for all shipping. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Delivery can range between 3-6 days depending on the location in Canada. Orders over $75 will receive free shipping.
- In the United States - Combinist uses USPS. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Orders over $75 will receive free shipping and orders under that amount will be charged a flat rate of $9. US orders can be expected to be delivered 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Do you ship outside of North America?
Yes, but not longer combinistgoods.com. For shipping outside of North America, you can shop the Combinist Goods collection through the Combinist Etsy Shop.
Do you offer returns & exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If for any reason you are having issues with your items, you can contact us at hello@combinistgoods.com or by completing the contact form.
What are the earrings made from?
Combinist earrings are incredibly lightweight thanks to the acrylic they are made from. Most earrings have surgical stainless steel posts that are safe for sensitive ears. If you have specific skin allergies, please reach out in advance of your purchase.
Do you offer clip-on earring options?
Yes! Many of the styles can be converted or modified to work as clip-on earrings and many customers have praised how comfortable they are thanks to their lightweight nature. Reach out using the contact form or send an email to hello@combinistgoods.com to learn more.
Can you gift wrap my order?
All Combinist jewellery pieces are packaged gifting-ready. All pieces are neatly wrapped in a branded tissue and sticker or in a branded bag. You can include a gift note at checkout that will be handwritten to include with the items.
How do I ensure I have my new earrings for years to come?
Keep scratches and fingerprints away by using a lint-free or microfibre cloth. Avoid using any harsh solvents or cleaners on the acrylic and stick to mild soap if needed but only on the acrylic part of the earrings only. Acrylic is incredibly durable but can scratch, so please give them extra space in your jewellery box to ensure a long, flawless life.
